Dear
Players and Parents,
Jaguar TV is proud to sponsor the 2006 Jaguar Scholarship
Program. The Jaguar Hockey Club will award two $500.00
scholarships to two Jaguar hockey players within the organization in
good financial standing. Each player can fill out an
application, only one
per player, which can be dropped off at Inwood (give to any
board member or team manager), or mailed to

All applications must be received before October 15, 2006.
The winners will be randomly picked at the October Jaguar Board
Meeting. The
winners will be announced and upon certification of entry, will
be awarded one $500.00 scholarship. These scholarships have no
cash value and can only be used for payment of players' fees.
The parent does not have to be present to win. |
