Jaguar Family Participation Fee Program 2008-2009 Season
Cost:
$150 for families with 1 skater
$200 for families with 2 or more skaters
Families will write check at registration and sign player contract to agree to the following:
Option #1: Date check for present date and sign off on working any volunteer hours with the club. Check will be cashed immediately.
Options #2: Post-date check for March 1, 2009 and agree to work the following:
If one skater, must work
• Four (4) hours regular season/seeding round games, and
• Eight (8) hours of tournament work includes NIHL weekends, SSHL play-offs or championship games (if at Inwood), or A2 play-offs.
If two or more skaters, must work
• Eight (8) hours of regular season/seeding round games, and
• Ten (10) hours of tournament work includes NIHL weekends, SSHL play-offs or championship games (if at Inwood), or A2 play-offs.
If hours are worked, check will be returned after March 1, 2009.
Please note:
- Working a regular season/seeding round game includes scoresheet, time clock or penalty box per team manager's schedule.
- Tournament work includes any volunteer NIHL committee work approved by the NIHL Chairpersons. Hours worked at tournaments including set-up (3 hours max), chuck-a-puck, hospitality, admissions, scoresheet, clock, penalty box, or camera.
- The following positions will be exempt from a player participation fee:
- Player Participation Coordinator
- Team Managers
- All voting board members will receive a credit of 4 hours per year of tournament work on completion of each year of their term.
- All hours will be logged on the Family Participation Pledge sheet given to each family at registration and also available in the manager's office and approved by team manager, NIHL chairperson, or Jaguar Board of Directors Executive board.
- All pledge sheets must be turned in to Family Participation Coordinator with in 10 days of game/tournament worked to earn credit.
